How we make the most of
your monthly donation
💚 We make a big impact! In 2025 we directly supported a total of 3,294 people in south Wales to take action for climate, nature, and community wellbeing, and we indirectly supported an additional 3,330 by providing support and free or subsidised use of our space for their own activities. Your support lets us continue to offer the space at Railway Gardens to those who would otherwise find the cost a barrier.
💚 We invest in our volunteers. In 2025 75 volunteers gave 1,089 hours of their time. We support them to progress with us through training, one-to-one guidance, and opportunities to take the lead. We enable participation by covering travel expenses where needed, and we support volunteers into work. You support helps us develop our amazing volunteer team further.
💚 We do a lot with a little. We’re a tiny team who pride ourselves on making the most of every penny we receive through grant funding and donations. We are wombles, re-purposers, and fixers!
💚 We’re a voice for people, place, and planet here in Cardiff. We advocate for our community to be heard in conversations about climate and biodiversity and we aim to influence policy and share good practice. Your support helps create capacity for us to speak up for climate and nature in Wales.
💚 We live our values. In every aspect of our business practices we’re committed to making planet-minded choices, paying those we work with fairly, and building a more inclusive climate movement.

Can I make a one off donation instead or a regular donation?

How do I cancel or change my subscription?
You can manage your Squirrel Supporter subscription at any time. Click here to log in using the email address you signed up with and you’ll be sent a magic link.
Can organisations sign up to the Squirrel Supporter scheme?
We can offer some organisation-specific perks and pricing scaled to your group or company’s staffing and turnover. Please get in touch with us to discuss becoming an organisational supporter.
Can I buy Squirrel Supporter membership as a gift for someone else?
You certainly can! We sell gift memberships through GiftUp – please click here to choose from a 3 month, 6 month of 12 month gift membership. You’ll have the option to email the recipient or download a gift voucher to print at home.
