We offer four training options

Pricing:

For up to 15 participants

Option 1: Virtual training

Our most budget friendly option, virtual training is of course available anywhere in the UK. You’ll get the same warm welcome and high quality facilitation, discussion, and (depending on the workshop), practical demos, from the comfort of your own chair. We’ll send you comprehensive follow up resources too.

To make it easy for you, we can set everything up on zoom and provide you with a joining link, or we can join on the platform of your choice.

Why choose virtual training?
  • A cost-effective way to train a large group or train people in different locations.
  • Fit training in around your working day, for example, a ‘lunch and learn’ session. Evening sessions can also be possible, depending on availability.
  • Receive digital follow-up resources to take your next steps at your own pace.

Option 4: Train the Trainer

Train the Trainer is a cost effective option for organisations who would like to teach green skills to a larger number of people, for example if you have multiple teams or cohorts you wish to train.

In this format, we teach you the background knowledge and any practical skills, offer guidance on session format and facilitation, and provide a resource pack so you’re ready to deliver the workshop yourself with confidence, either ‘out of the box’ or adapted for your specific participants.

Why choose Train the Trainer?
  • Save money over booking us to lead multiple trainings by learning to deliver it yourself, in house.
  • Learn the core knowledge and skills to design your own session that works for your participants
  • Upskill you team: Develop your knowledge of sustainability topics and confidence in facilitation training.

Frequently asked Questions

Please do get in touch if you don’t find the answer to your question here.
How do I make a booking?

Once you’ve explored our range of workshops and picked your training option here, you’ll be directed to our Training and Coaching enquiry form. Once we’ve received your form we’ll get in touch to agree date, time, location, cost, and anything else you’d like to dicuss with us, such as your group’s prior learning or any support needs.

Why do your prices say 'from £200'?

While these are our basic training starting costs, we will sometimes need to agree a slightly higher cost depending on an organisations needs. For example, workshops at venues further away, or outside of standard working hours. We’ll provide a clear quote for your training based on the information you give us in your booking enquiry form.

Who delivers Green Squirrel training and coaching sessions?

All training is delivered by Rebecca Clark, and Hannah Garcia, the original Green Squirrels! Between them Becca and Hannah have 30 years experience of leading engaging training and workshops on a wide range of topics and skills related to climate, nature, and sustainability.

Yes, we can tailor your training to offer the best experience for your participants. In addition, we are able to adjust our content to suit groups that are already highly engaged with climate and sustainability issues, or perhaps more disengaged. Please let us know your group’s needs when you book.
