Job vacancies
We are currently seeking a part time Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of Railway Gardens, a community garden and hub in Splott.
Hours: Part time: 25 hours/week
Location: Railway Gardens, Splott, Cardiff, CF24 2BH, with occasional off-site working
Salary: £28,850 FTE, pro-rated to hours (based on full time 38 hour week) Pro-rated to 25/hours a week this is a salary of £18,980 before tax.
Contract: The initial duration of this role is 24 months with potential for the role to be extended, dependent on funding.
Holiday: 28 days plus public/bank holidays. Entitlements are pro-rata for part-time employees.
Probation period: 6 months
